With over 14 years of experience in the logistics and vehicle recycling sectors, Luciano has expertise in organizational restructuring and process optimization to drive growth. He is also the co-author of “Habits: The Path to Mastery”.

Consultant specialized in organizational restructuring, process optimization, talent and commercial management. Holds a Post-MBA from FGV in partnership with the University of Tampa, Florida, USA.

Provides strategic consulting to companies in Brazil and Florida, with a U.S.-based office. Focused on improving internal processes (ISO 9001:2015), reducing costs, increasing revenue, and enhancing profitability.
